焊接

对首次采用的钢材、焊接材料焊接方法、焊后热处理等进行焊接工艺评定,并根据评定报告确定焊接工艺;焊接工艺评定符合《建筑钢结构焊接规程》GBJ81-91;焊工全部经过考试并取得合格证;焊丝在使用前清除油污、铁锈;焊条、焊丝使用前按说明书规定的烘焙时间和温度进行烘焙;焊缝外形尺寸符合现行国家标准《钢结构焊缝外形尺寸》GB10854-89;探伤焊缝条例国家标准《钢焊缝手工超声波探伤方法和探伤结果分级》GB11345-89的规定

矫正

碳素结构钢在环境温度低于-16℃时,低合金结构钢在环境温度低于-12℃不得进行冷矫正时,加热温度不得超过900℃;矫正后的钢材表面,无明显的凹痕或损伤,划痕深度小于0.5mm;钢结构矫正后的偏差符合现行国家标准《钢结构工程施工及验收规范》GB50205-2001.
